Fast ,respectful and very efficient overall.
This has been literally one of the worst experiences of my life. I am stressed beyond belief due to not being able to get the device to work. I blew into the device and did fine to start the car after my installation but once I started driving it would not work. I had to drive directly back to the service center to have them unlock the device which they charged me $125 to do. Devices are old and dont work properly leading to violations that put my probation at risk. The company should be shut down.
On December 18, 2025, during a recorded phone call, I was explicitly guaranteed a month-to-month service plan for $105, as well as two months of Smart Start services at no charge. This offer was clearly stated and confirmed by the representative. Despite this agreement, on January 6, 2025, the service technician presented terms that were entirely different from what was promised.
