Terrible customer service. Manager of this location needs to know their employee (African American guy) is beyond rude. I would call to speak to someone but I never could get through to anyone. That guy is so rude wouldn’t even take my payment. When I asked if I could pay it now he said I added it to your next payment without even asking me then he closed the window on me. I have had this device since September I could never get a hold of anyone in main office.but funny whin I say I'm installing new device they answer quickly?? I am having problems right now getting my device serviced but no help on their end just the run around, keep sending me to admin?? The 800 ## no 1 answers? Very poor customer service
This company is aware of the type of service they offer, yet they do not provide a rest room for the public. I have waited an hour in my car in line and urgently needed to use the restroom and the African American male said no when the slimmer either Asian or Latin male did not mind if I did. Your customer pay you for the service you provide and you know it’s important for your customer not to loose their place in line. Have some common sense and be more emphatic to your customers.
Smart start is very quick to sign you up but good luck trying to remove their device. Calling corporate, after an hour on hold, they tell you to call their local office and good luck reaching any of their local office. STAY AWAY FROM smart start
Do NOT I repeat DO NOT use smart start. The employees on site are nice but when it comes to setting removal appointment they can do nothing to help. This company is QUICK to get you set up but WILL MILK YOU FOR YOUR MONEY with the process it takes to get it removed. You will pay extra fees just waiting to get it removed and it feels as if they do it on purpose. I will be reporting to the BBB.
