Smart Start made a bad situation (having to be there) as well as possible. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and I was in and out as quick as possible.
Never choose smart start..I've been trying for 2 weeks straight to have vehicle calibration..voicemail full no one answers and I've missed work sitting in parking lot during hours of operation and no one's here ..finally was sent 3 hours away no answer on there phone and was closed car set to be locked out and Noone will help they actually told me to drive to another state and try there
Let me save you some time, go with LifeSaver for interlock not this company. This was a time sensitive matter for me. Found an appointment 3 hours from me. Only available slot. On 4 separate occasions I verified and re-verified my vehicle information with the agents and booked my appointment. Drove 3 hours to Asheboro NC to get told they couldn’t install because the wrong vehicle was listed. Not one apology only shoulder shrugs. Go with LifeSaver trust me.
Just got my interlock done today. The technician Brian was great all around. Very helpful. I hope no one has to go through this but if you need to, I recommend Smart Start
