They put a lock on my device for a payment. Not synced, I made the payment. They made me go to a service center to get the device unlocked, which I had to pay $40 extra to do. And then have to wait another seven business days to hopefully get repaid the extra money that I had to pay for their mistake.
It's definitely an eye opener ...don't drink and drive ...stay safe
These guys are awesome. They are well informed, polite and very easy to talk to. If you have a need for an interlock device this is the place to go.
