Horrible experience… I was told I would get a first months discount if I installed smart start .. as of yet I have not recorded that discount and on top of that someone from the company called and said I owe an additional &75 dollars .. he was very rude and threatening… before I installed the device 2 or 3 associates called me a day trying to convince me to install smart start .. now that I have installed it ..
