I specifically told Smart Start the year, make, model, VIN, plate number, hybrid, push start, etc details of my car. They scheduled me at shop that does not deal with these newer cars. I had 7 days to get the interlock. My appointment was on the 6th day. When I arrived at the shop, I was told they couldn’t install on that vehicle.
