2 star just because the product works.. I'm way over paying due to an issue in the past. Honestly, talk about kicking a guy when he's down. I advise you look elsewhere before getting involved with this company. I had an in home device like 7 years ago and returned the product. They are now 7 years later saying I didn't. It was to late for me to search elsewhere and I figured I'd use them since I had in the past and now I'm in full regret.
