It keeps giving me random test and I blowed about 20 times and still telling me to hum harder and it cause my car to won’t start at all and it lockdown my interlock I didn’t violate anything and now I’m stuck had to sleep on my car and get my car towed in the morning now I’m heading to get it service hopefully they fix it
Anthony, the installer, went above and beyond to help me. I'm 65, and not as confident and quick as I used to be. He was so patient with me. Everything was foreign to me and he not only took the time to make sure I could successfully use the device, but he never made me feel stupid. He was so respectful and kind. He should definitely be recognized for his work ethic and sticking with me until I felt comfortable with the device.
