The two guys in this location were decently OK as far as been /poli B/ however, Smart Start as a company is horrible. I lost my job right after I got the device installed. I was only supposed to have it for three months and they told me that I couldn’t get it removed until I could pay off the total balance so it racked up over $2000 before I finally talked to state patrol and he said that I can have it removed anytime and they were lying to me. I would give the company itself 1 star, but the staff at this center get 5. The company's billing department and online customer service are predatory and perplexingly bad. However the guys at the shop have nothing to do with that and just want to get you back on the road. I imagine they catch a ton of crap, being the only face of a very frustrating company for people to yell at
