Just got my device removed ($170) check engine light immediately came on driving home and then found out my hood release lever had been broken and I couldn’t open the hood. Called around and had to take my car BACK in to see if they could fix it. They couldn’t. So I now either can’t open my hood or have to pull a wire sticking out of my dash. No partial refund offered? Fixing what they broke has been quoted between $100-$250. In the 6 months of coming here the fees fluctuate between $25-$130 with no explanation of why or wha... read more
The one younger guy very helpful and nice. He stood out to me. High priced like they all are no getting away from that you do the crime you do the time and pay the price very well explained happy with the way things went had no problems. They called me back. The other place did not so that was my deciding factor.

Genuinely blown away by the amount of positive reviews the company has. The staff here might be very nice but that doesn’t take away from the constant hassle that it is to have anything serviced by them. I was told calibrations would take 20 minutes, EVERY SINGLE TIME I’ve been in I’ve waited minimum 1.5hours while in the middle of a work shift because that’s what they scheduled me for. I’ve been here for the past 40 minutes as I’m typing this and I haven’t even been attended, every single time I’m here it’s clearly overbook... read more
