I would give the company itself 1 star, but the staff at this center get 5. The company's billing department and online customer service are predatory and perplexingly bad. However the guys at the shop have nothing to do with that and just want to get you back on the road. I imagine they catch a ton of crap, being the only face of a very frustrating company for people to yell at
It’s was so easy, watched their instructional videos while they installed the device They showed me how to use their device as well and I was on my way in less than 1 hour
This company is lost. Set up my interlock for a 90day all clear certificate and they made multiple appointments when one could have covered my next costing more money. Asked for my 90day all clear certificate called 3times and at 123 day they found out that I needed another appointment to receive the certificate. hundreds of dollars later, ill be able to get it taken out. Use another company you’ll be great full. (The company also will make payments if you keep your card on record even if you are not set up for auto pay)
location not match showing the hardware and when you got there just exactly the time they closed they will look at you and closed the door like no one in the front door
