They must have a shortage of machine on east coast. My girlfriend had to change appt 4or 5 times 4 weeks later got it done. I took my car to where SS told me it's been there 2 weeks finally done. When I has to register online that's was a 80 hour on phone with 20 plus people and I still don't have an online acct.
Garage had no notice of installation day. Which is lack of simple communication that would lead to easier convenience to the installer and the customer... do better thanks
