The people at this facility “Frankfort” were extremely helpful and nice, the actual interlock that was installed “smart start” is terrible I’ve had this for 24 hours and it’s been awful and smart start is not for the people they “claim there’s a violation” then charge you 90 bucks just to tell you there was actually no violation and they do NOT return the money.
They refuse to do any calibrations after 3pm even though it says they're open till 5pm. You can't contact them through the this number provided on google. I drove from Lexington, showed up at 3:30 for them to turn me away. I guess the last few hours they're open is for them to play on their phone instead of do their job.
Very courteous and helpful employees guiding me through this stressful situation.
