Smart start, and their location in Wixom, is an absolute JOKE. If you are required to get an interlock device installed, go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Apparently they only have one technician and zero backup employees, so when you schedule an appointment you may expect to show up and wait 10-15 minutes after your appointment was supposed to start just for them to cancel it. Interlocks are time sensitive and have to be serviced within a certain time frame or else your car will lockout and need to be towed to the service center. Their... read more
