Smart start, and their location in Wixom, is an absolute JOKE. If you are required to get an interlock device installed, go ANYWHERE BUT HERE. Apparently they only have one technician and zero backup employees, so when you schedule an appointment you may expect to show up and wait 10-15 minutes after your appointment was supposed to start just for them to cancel it. Dan was very helpful and answered all my questions. He knows his stuff and was very quick. Took at most 10 minutes.
Dan was amazing, I had to arrive early for my appointment because I had to go to work. He got me in and out in about 20 minutes. He was very helpful 2 thumbs up!!!!
