Warning: Please thoroughly inspect your vehicle before leaving the Wixom Smart Start location. I’m extremely upset with the service I received. Dan, the technician, damaged my vehicle by improperly removing the lower dash panel, causing it to crack. I noticed the damage a few days later when the panel started hanging loose. I have no reason to remove that part of my car myself, and I take excellent care of my vehicle—there was absolutely no crack there before.
