Smart start itself was a hassle to get a hold of throughout the process. Bradley automotive did the install in a timely manner and it seems to be functional, but I had issues with getting the paperwork done correctly. I asked during the initial visit whether there was any additional paperwork that needed to be done with the dmv to notify them, told no.
