Terrible terrible company! They tell customers they have appointments but never notify the place of business. They have done this twice! Do not use this company use someone else… your freedom depends on it.
Have had to pay for calibration twice in the same month, two times now will calibrate it and make my lockout date two days later intstead of the following month where I’m forced to pay again in order to drive my car. Absolutely ridiculous
Arrived at 9:45 am for a 10:00 am for an interlock appointment. They didn’t Take my car back until 11:30 am after they took people who showed up randomly for calibrations after 11:00 am. Was given nill to none instructions. I was told it would take one to two hours from start to finish with instructions. After 12:00 I had to ask how much longer it would take. They said not that long. After leaving at 1:00 pm I was late for work and written up. Gave me no paperwork and didn’t tell me the service report would be sent via email... read more
Great service. I can't remember her name but the lady at the front desk was great. Very helpful. Knowledgeable.
