This has nothing to do with the installer, Mike. Mike is great and has great customer service. Smart Start, the company, is terrible. I tried to change a date for service on my car because I'm going to be out of town. Now, I called two months in advance and they refused to change the date. They REFUSED to give me an answer to why I couldn't come in on a different day to recalibrate my device. Now I am changing IID companies out of principle. They are just a greedy company.
