Awful awful awful! I’ve had this device for almost 6mths now. I would NEVER NEVER go with this co. I should go n about once every 2 mths for service. I’m in sometime 2-3 times a mth. I’ve asked to have my system replaced but they will not. Even though they say it coming from their system for some reason. I just had to spend $450 to have it towed n 2 Asheville,NC.
