Great customer service, kind of. Called put in a call back 20min later got a call got disconnected, didn't call back again, screen on my device stopped working . Got it installed 6/23 screen didn't work on the 24th, for some reason on the app, it says locked, on my truck info, don't know what that means. Sooo a D+
