Worst company ever. Be prepared to never get a hold of anyone, have them charge you 100$ on top of your 100$ bill just cause you didnt call 24hrs ahead even though it was a holiday before and you couldn't call them. Use the other company they're much better

Neither smart stat backend nor the front office is helping, call center speaks that you need to speak to the office and front workers ask you to speak to call center, no express/emergency services, no help or brief assistance. Feels forced to pay for anything smart stat wants you to pay, lady on the call told me it doesn’t matter if i have account with them, you can dispute later but you know once the money is in others pocket, who gives you refund lol

I registered my son for a camp last year at Smart Start (he was going with a friend), paid almost $500 and the camp ended up get cancelled last minute (2 days before). I requested a refund twice and they responded to my first email with a coupon code. I reiterated that I was not interested in a coupon code, I wanted a refund. They have still not responded.
