Jimmy was super helpful and very informative.
Took vehicle to Smart Start Haltom City off Lower Birdville Rd for installation. After training and 2+ hours I left for work, I came back at lunch time and the installer & office gentleman were both out front in my vehicle cause there was obviously a problem. They explained there were multiple dash warning lights on and they couldn't figure out why. After standing there for 20 minutes, I went back to work. After hearing about my previous car being totaled, he made everything so easy by getting me a quick appointment date, thoroughly explaining everything, and just having a fantastic attitude throughout. I highly recommend them and ask for Jonathan to be your technician he is amazing. He gave me the full five star experience!
