They are the most unorganized unfriendly corp to deal with. Have had issues and have been hung up on countless time never answer a email. And very unprofessional. While at service location the corporate would not answer the store. There has to be better solutions and or answers terrible to work with!!!!!
The customer service was great and the man at the front desk, I believe he said Michael sorry if I got his his name wrong, but he was really nice and explain how the device work and he makes sure you know everything you need to know before you leave. The mechanics was nice as well. I felt welcome and didn't get a bad vibe. They get the job done.
I arrived on time for MY APPOINTMENT which was at noon i got my documents signed i did my paperwork watched the videos then set there for 2 hours while listening to them say hey whats going on with the black dodge (which is my vehicle) the technician had went to lunch!!!! Whole time am waiting and they keep saying there haven’t technical problems but the technician wasn’t even there he was on lunch so when he arrived two of them try to work on it two get it out faster if u know u can not work on lunch break do not schedule a... read more
