Awful. Having 13 cars sitting out here for an hour to get calibrations. THE LINE HAS NOT MOVED IN AN HOUR
If you have a newer car, especially Hybrids, Jonathan and his team are the go to guys to install the interlock. They are incredibly patient and took there time to ensure that my car was up and running at all times. Any problems that I would have they solved it within due time. Thank you everyone once again, I really appreciate the TLC done to my car. While having an interlock is not ideal, have it safely done at the Irving location.
Had to have my car towed because it had "recall" notice on device. They fixed it fast (hour, maybe?), I didn't expect it till end of day. Nice and courteous. Thanks!!
Of Allllllll the smart start locations, and I’ve been to three, lol, this one is the best. The guys are kind and respectful. They are vastly more efficient than the other two locations I have visited, where the employees seemed completely demoralized. One guy literally put his head on the desk while he was waiting for the system to process. . Thanks Jorge and the other Plaza-location dudes
