smart start is an absolutely fraudulent company. tried to call FIVE times today to get an answer about charges on my account. was treated absolutely disrespectfully by a “Luis” (refused to give last name when asked and actually replied “thats irrelevant”) at the corporate phone number. then sent to voicemail when asking for a supervisor. called back and was put on hold then hun up on when answering and asking same question. then called another THREE TIMES and was continuously answered and then put on hold the second they rec... read more
