Customer service is extremely long. But if you owe money. You get a representative very quickly within 30 seconds but any other call will take from 20 mins to 2 hours waiting. And also hidden cost with warranty is absurd. I never agreed to that with the state agreement. I feel this is a scam. I wonder who owns this company?
