The folks at Os interlock in Bellevue, WA are exceptional. On my initial appointment, there was a device malfunction, so Ron immediately rescheduled for the following day. When I arrived the next day, same story. I guess they had received a shipment of devices that were having whatever malfunction it was. So we rescheduled again. Failed to mention a literal page of extra fees after I specifically asked about costs. Up charged me for insurance without asking. Certain parts of my car no longer work after installing the interlock. Costs are looking upwards of 3k for a year (was quoted less than 2k originally). These guys are crooks.
Brie was super helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Amazing service and I recommend them for any time you need an IIL installed.
