Really blown away at the service here! They made very good use of my time there while installing; giving me a chance to watch a few training videos and ask questions even before the system was fully installed. The installation was really professional looking! And the customer service was awesome! We had a problem with the hardware device itself failing about an hour after install, but it was clearly the device. Smart-Start the vendor wasn't terribly helpful at all. In and our quickly. I had fun watching the trains behind the shop. And cool shop dog! I feel like 4 months just isn’t enough for my requirements with WSP maybe they will let me keep smart start forever?
Zero regard for anyone’s time. Never open when they’re supposed to be…arrived multiple times at their publisher opening hours to a locked door. Overbook appt times so “9am” becomes 9:50 if you’re lucky. The only place in town to get SmartStart serviced and they clearly know it.
