As for my experience Joe was very helpful and great in installing the device on my car. However the thing keeps violating me even though I not drinking. Second I’m 64 years old and my lungs are weak. I can’t blow that long into that device. Third it keeps asking me to blow every two minutes while I’m driving and trying to focus on the road. I can’t keep pulling over in the middle of traffic like that on the highway. So I think you should fix that
