Everyone at the shop was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful. The service technician, Chris, did an outstanding job explaining the system, guiding me through the process, and was empathetic and did everything possible to make the situation as smooth as possible. With customer service these days at an all time low, my experience at this shop was outstanding. Thank you again for all your help.
I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. It was a horrible experience. I was told my appointment to install the interlock device would take 2 hours and it ended up taking 6. They told me they didn’t have anymore cameras In stock for my car after I waited 3 hours.. then they told me my car doesn’t even need a camera and took 3 more hours . They forgot to give me the paper I needed for the dmv and didn’t even care. I had to drive all the way back from nj to get that paper!
