If I could give them negative stars, I would! DONT GET YOUR DEVICE FROM SMARTSTART!!!! They are the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! I’ve had problem after problem with my device and no one wants to help and they won’t give me a manager to talk to. And EVERY shop I’ve talked to about them, hates working with them as well and are all considering cutting them.
