Installation tech at this location is superb! Great guy! However as far as smart start itself I had a vehicle with a previous interlock from the same company that was stolen and wrecked while I was away for 3 months and out of reach and now smart start is trying to say I owe them $2800 for the equipment even though I purchased and paid monthly for the insurance .
