Great staff, very informative and helpful.
Great experience from start to finish. Gal on the phone was helpful, thorough and made the process really easy. We got an appointment for installation of the interlock device very quickly.
Young guy at the desk is one minute asking me to sit outside, next minute threatening to cut me off and make me drive to Tacoma for service. I'm still sitting inside and waiting for them to figure out the problem. He takes my payment saying I'm lucky they aren't going to charge me a violation fee? I have had no violations. I have had a non functional unit all month. My Horn goes off unpredictable like and I have to pull over and restart, ALL MONTH.
