This is location will be closed (during normal hours) without employees posting any signs stating the reason. This was my third time trying to get my device serviced and no one was at the shop, all three times. Waited two hours on the line with smart start, and directed me to the rifle location, which was the incorrect address. (Address provided was a car wash) Very inconvenient! Call locations and speak to someone there before driving, but don’t call the 1800 # Not helpful!
