The staff were professional and nonjudgmental. They took care of the job and thoroughly explained how to use the device.
I legitimately hate this device , can't eat certain foods and start it, can't drive in the morning if I had just 1 beer the night before, completely inconvenient .
I called in and got an appointment set with Valerie. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. I went to get it installed a few days later. Everyone was very professional and courteous (no judgement). They have a drive up window at this location, so after it's installed, you can just drive up to have have the device plugged in and the data sent to the DVM. My situation was a little more complicated because I moved in from another state, but I had ZERO problems getting the device installed and the paperwork straight... read more
