Poor Communication! Not really helpful as far as making claims/incident reports. Don’t use auto pay! Pay in person or call to pay each month if not they will not charge you and you’ll end up with a huge balance later on. Call wait times are ridiculously long. Just to be clear this is not about Corridor Window Tint they have nothing to do with this. This is about Smart Start LLC as a whole.
Been waiting two hours for a simple calibration the same trucks connected & I ask him he said that he's on hold , I won't recommend this location ...& several other people are awaiting service & there's only one calibration connection... However the staff are courteous
Travis was and is always friendly and nice. Also had great conversations with Josh earlier in the year….. makes the best of a difficult time
This place takes FOREVER to get a simple update. And, since they close too early, you have to fit an update into lunch hour, but the line is so long that I end up leaving without an update because I have to go back to work. Also, what is Smart Start thinking with just ONE location in South Austin??
