How do you get a hold of some one without waiting hours on hold. This company has terrible customer service.
The call center for this company is so frustrating!! I have been dealing with this for hours now and if you request a call back, when they call you back they put in back into the loop of hell! Wait holds are hours long!!! All I want to know is do they celebrate hand held devices.
Getting it calibrated is very easy and fast. BUT, this machine has literally FRIED the circuitry in my car before.
