Do not use this company. I went to have a device installed and the system was down. Had to get another brand installed. They had me submit a dispute to get my $40 application fee back. That was 2 months ago. You literally can not get ahold of anyone who can get anything resolved. They will take your money over the phone in seconds, but 2 months later…. Still no refund. And probably won’t get it. Horrible customer service.
