I would recommend this place over and over again! Their customer service is exceptional — super friendly and helpful staff. Never had any issues with the device in the year and a half that I had it.

Absolutely awful since day one. The employees lack knowledge of their own policies. I was locked out at least 5 times do to their own incompetency. They would then expect me to pay for the 80$ lockout fee that they caused. They ARE NOT RELIABLE. However the shop that installs their system knows how terrible and unreliable they are. Willy’s tire shop does everything in their power to help.
So far, so good with the interlock. No false positives yet. I've been washing and rinsing my hands thoroughly 15 minutes before use. Not eating or drinking 15 minutes before use. Also before all tests I've rinsed my mouth thoroughly with water, and I have not had a single problem. I highly recommend getting hook and loop velcro from 3M on Amazon to secure your curly wired cable and mount. Works like a charm
