The installer (b&s automotive wasn’t a bad experience… extremely expensive, but they’re good people) Smart start however??? Not only are they expensive, but they aren’t transparent at all. They don’t answer phone calls, voicemails, texts, or emails… and their app is confusing. Oh not to mention they told me my appointment was at 9am, and that it may take a few hours… but really the garage has you drop off the vehicle for the whole day and they get to it when they can… again, not the garages fault. Had an excellent experience with installation of my ignition interlock at B&S Automotive. My technician (Brad Fisher) was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Explained everything I needed to know about the machine perfectly. Great experience and fully appreciated.
