Absolutely disgusted by the unprofessional lady that works the front counter. I had heard nothing but horror stories about this shop but despite that i decided to give it a shot. I had shown up 30 minutes early to ask some clarifying questions about pricing and such. When I walk in this lady is smoking a cigarettes and playing video games at the front counter.
