Poor Communication! Not really helpful as far as making claims/incident reports. Don’t use auto pay! Pay in person or call to pay each month if not they will not charge you and you’ll end up with a huge balance later on. Call wait times are ridiculously long. Just to be clear this is not about audio outlet they have nothing to do with this. This is about Smart Start LLC as a whole.

I’ve been sitting in the calibration line for 30 minutes. Dude who hates his job walks past my vehicle 3 different times without acknowledging or even giving me an estimated time wait. Terrible customer service, save your time and go to the New Braunfels location instead.
Always so nice! Very helpful! I drive further for this service at this station, before I drive to closer stations around me. They’re awesome!
