This was my first time dealing with an ignition interlock system, and I didn’t know what to expect. I went to Hot Tint for a calibration and was unexpectedly charged almost $40—something no one mentioned to me beforehand, which is not a big issue. What really bothered me was the customer service. Worst customer service ever lady’s on the front desk are rude and won’t give you any information they will just charge you and not explain to you how the device work they don’t provide the right information and are always on the phone.
They performed the work at the time we had scheduled; it didn’t really take that long. They were very helpful in answering all my questions. And the technician did a great job on the installation with really no modifications/changes to the interior of my vehicle. I was quite pleasantly surprised at how well it all went!
