2 more months until it's out. The company is horrible. They call me constantly with threats of turning off my device even though I'm up to date with my payments, the employees are rude. The menu is impossible to get through. Never used another ignition interlock company so I don't know how the others work, but smart start is terrible. Try someone else!
The employees here are rude and judgemental. They install smart start and brag about how they have an 86 list of people who they won’t help anymore. Posted loud and proud with peoples first and last names. I had to have a blow and go installed by them since I have a newer vehicle. Drove out from Eugene to be treated like absolute garbage. On top of that everyone in town knows they do horrible work & mess your car up because they just don’t care. If you have the choice - do not take your newer vehicles here.
