Worst people ever!!!!!! Everyone is rude. Find another place, I recommend Minnetonka. This place is the worst due to the people!!
Always has an attitude issue. Came here for one year for my interlock. And the service is absolutely horrible. I served in the Air Force for 5 years and did one year in Iraq And these people are the worst patriotic individuals.

I wish I could rate Smart Start separately...I am happy with the service, however, this location is terrible. I had mine installed here and have had nothing but electrical issues since. Every time I go in for a calibration, the man is extremely rude. Twice he's sent me away and told me he couldn't do it then. I've tried to schedule an appointment so I could manage my day while not having to leave work multiple times and am told to just show up between 9:30 and 4:30. I show up and he sends me away. His shop is extremely messy... read more
