Always has an attitude issue. Came here for one year for my interlock. And the service is absolutely horrible. I served in the Air Force for 5 years and did one year in Iraq And these people are the worst patriotic individuals.

I wish I could rate Smart Start separately...I am happy with the service, however, this location is terrible. I had mine installed here and have had nothing but electrical issues since. Every time I go in for a calibration, the man is extremely rude. Twice he's sent me away and told me he couldn't do it then. I've tried to schedule an appointment so I could manage my day while not having to leave work multiple times and am told to just show up between 9:30 and 4:30. I show up and he sends me away. His shop is extremely messy... read more
Wouldn't recommend, the equipment never works as it should and I've had countless problems with it since installation. The guy that does calibration is lazy and will turn you away for ridiculous reasons. Find a different ignition interlock company.
