When you think of shady company picture these clowns. Zero accountability. Fee for everything. Customerservice isn't even a variable in the equation!!!

Worst customer service and an unimaginably horrible product. False readings. Constantly having to recalibrate the headset. I got a faulty head set from Smart start/Snappy Auto. And my expiration date for them interlock system was extended almost 5 years!!! I was only supposed to have the interlock for 3 years. Find another interlock provider even if you have to drive hours away.
While it is not the situation I am proud to be in, Karen helped me out! She called right away, got my info and made calls to get me in for the installation same day for me. Very impressed and very helpful! Thanks!!
