They have a defective product. I haven’t done anything to get a violation and it will give me violations. Every violation I have gives me 6 months extension. They do this on purpose to get more money.
Worst thing you can ever do. They take more money from you even when you have been paying and do not care about their customers and just want to make your life miserable by locking you out all the time just to get money. Do no do smart start!

Criminals peddling faulty machines. Service lockout of vehicle for absolutely no reason, and over a week later still no help. Then they try to take your money AGAIN because of their mistake. I will be forwarding my email to HR. Don't waste your money on these scammers.
