I had an appointment with Brian on Tuesday at 9:30 am at the Burlington NC location. He was very friendly, professional and walked me through all the steps for no misunderstandings. He got me in and out without me even keeping up with time. 5 STAR 4 ME
Appointment was at 9:30. Was told by tech that install would take 1-3 hours depending on how busy they were. Never received a call so came back to check on vehicle at 1 pm. Spent two hours being told tech was “almost done” or “one more wire”. After two hours of “almost done” I asked the tech how much longer “almost done” would be. Was told by tech that “once you become a tech I’ll tell you”. HIGHLY unsatisfied. Save your time and visit a different location.
