The smart start system they installed is a scam. Violation after Violation for no reason! Taking money over and over! Go somewhere else somewhere that has reliable and professional people and equipment!!
Smart Start is the worst company. They have zero customer service skills, 90 minute hold times that often hang up on you mid hold, and lots of hidden unexplained cost. Highly recommend going with a different interlock company should you need this. 1. You are directed to the app to do all your business and then the support staff when you phone in will tell you to not trust the app, it's wrong. 2. The smart start system they install is a complete scam. They issue "violation" on a regular basis for no reason. Calling in yields no result, they just basically tell you "pay me". STAY AWAY THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!
