First time having this installed and I'm glad I found them the owner was super friendly and helpful walked me through the "do's and don't" with the IID device and also since I travel for work gave me good advice for not getting violated throughout my travels.. super quick and efficient as well thats a 5 star service in my books.. highly recommended

The people that helped me were great. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because they really were nice people. The reason I am not giving 5 stars is because after I left the place of business, the system would not validate my breath; it continued not to read it. I called the office back on the way home; the lady said I may need to bring it back later. At any rate, it never would read my breath. When I got home, the system gave an error and then said it would lock in seven hours. I'm hoping they will be able to help me straigh... read more
