Very professional customer service and the installation was quick. There instructions and knowledge on device was precise and to the point
Trying to contact them after install is impossible would not recommend for any one in the future to get thier device installed by this company.
One of our invited guest speakers to our convention this year was refused roadside assistance by Pop-A-Lock who is a part of this company who has a contract with her insurance company. this neglect of contract left our guest on the side of the road with 2 little kids in freezing cold temperatures on the morning after Thanksgiving. We are beyond upset about this incident. This company is ridiculous. I am writing this on behalf of my boyfriend who has been dealing with this company for 9 months. There is little to no communication between them and the DMV, and they fail (them and the DMV) to give you the correct order of steps to take. So he got the device first, used it for 3 months, and then they told him those months didn’t count because he was supposed to go to the DMV first.
