This company is ridiculous. I am writing this on behalf of my boyfriend who has been dealing with this company for 9 months. There is little to no communication between them and the DMV, and they fail (them and the DMV) to give you the correct order of steps to take. So he got the device first, used it for 3 months, and then they told him those months didn’t count because he was supposed to go to the DMV first.
