Having this device has been pure misery!! It drains my battery then after blowing into it my vehicle shuts off. The other day I blew into it 17 times just to keep it running. So unsafe driving and blowing and watching my gauges. The guys at this place say its my vehicle but my other car is having the same issue. Today I have to take a day off work to get this straightened out, they are saying theres no appointments until 3:30. More money lost!
Seen my son go through violation after violation for their own equipment malfunction AND they wouldn’t lift the violation. It’s never been a fail because of alcohol only the head piece x2 and a cord that needed replacing and violated. He has a video of the last violation and the guy was trying to tell him he took the head piece off not knowing my son took a video of what what happening then laughed at my son cause he thought he was right.
