These guys were late to open. Then they get my paperwork pull my car in, just for them to say I didn't qualify.?? That's wired my lawyer was confused as well. Also I took my vehicle to the one off of Oxford the young gentleman was great and helpful. It took around an hour and a half. Where the West Alameda location wanted me to drop it off at 9am and pick it up at 6pm. That's like 7.5 hour difference. Shame on West Alameda location
