I walked in and asked for my interlock to be calibrated, heavy-set guy(Ken)took a deep breath, seemed very upset because I made him walk. Pulled up to the roll-up door and he kept getting upset because I didn't want to park close the trucks inside. I insisted not to because I don't want to hit them and he stated that I get closer to vehicles at the drive thru. Smokes cigarettes very close to my car and a very unpleasent smell now in my car. Very unprofessional for him to speak to a customer like that.

Rudest person I ever dealt with, stated that I needed them and they didn’t need me, challenged me to a fight in the parking lot…
