Great people great experience, they get you in and taken care of quick and easy
Initially I was given a faulty device, prompting me to blow when no keys or person were in the vehicle. This caused a violation lock out, which I now was responsible to pay for the tow to the auto shop to receive a different device. Also needed to explain myself to the judicial system. I had the device installed by auto dynamix which i don’t recommend going there. They are never there working and they cancel your appointments all the time and then you have to reschedule. I had it on for about a year and a half in 2020-2021. The device had malfunction several times when I had it in my car. It would just shut down while driving down the road and then reboot.
