They were great! So friendly and helpful. Installation was easy and they provide great info so you know what is ahead. I would highly recommend (well not the dui) but their services are excellent!

Nathan was fantastic! I have experienced having an intelock box before (long story), just know I have been in sustained recovery for over 10 years. Anyway, this last experience was so much better and Nathan was very attentive to all of my questions and the installation process went flawlessly and was very quick. Smart Start is also the cheapest way to go in Eastern North Carolina and gave me free installation and first month.
